This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered by EUROWAY INVEST sp. z o.o. for purchases made on euroway.pl.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below.


1. Order Processing & Payment

1.1. Orders are processed only after full payment has been successfully received.

1.2. If payment is not completed or is delayed, the order will not be prepared, packed, or shipped until the payment clears.

1.3. EUROWAY INVEST sp. z o.o. reserves the right to cancel unpaid orders after a reasonable period if no payment is received.


2. Shipping Methods & Costs

2.1. Available shipping methods and delivery fees will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

2.2. Shipping costs depend on:

  • the delivery destination,

  • the type, weight or size of the product,

  • the shipping method selected at checkout.

2.3. All shipping charges are shown in the order summary before payment.


3. Dispatch & Delivery Times

3.1. Once payment is confirmed, we aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

3.2. Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout or in your order confirmation. These are approximate and may vary depending on:

  • courier performance,

  • local logistics conditions,

  • holiday periods,

  • external factors beyond our control.

3.3. EUROWAY INVEST sp. z o.o. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside our reasonable control.


4. Tracking Information

4.1. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • the shipping carrier,

  • tracking number (if available),

  • link to track your parcel.

4.2. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.


5. Delivery Requirements

5.1. The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.

5.2. If a package is returned due to:

  • incorrect address,

  • failure to collect,

  • refusal of delivery,

the buyer may be responsible for reshipping fees.


6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

6.1. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at helpmyeuroway@gmail.com with:

  • your order number,

  • photos of the damaged product and packaging.

6.2. If your parcel is lost in transit, we will contact the carrier to investigate. Replacement or refund will be provided in accordance with the investigation outcome.

We currently ship to customers within the European Union.
If you need shipping outside the EU, please contact us before placing an order.
