Return Policy – euroway.pl

This Return Policy explains how returns and refunds are handled for purchases made via euroway.pl, operated by EUROWAY INVEST sp. z o.o. It applies in addition to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

By placing an order on euroway.pl, you accept this Return Policy.


1. Who can return and within what time?

1.1. This Return Policy applies to consumers (natural persons acting for purposes not related directly to their business or professional activity).

1.2. You have 14 calendar days to return a product, starting from the day after you (or a designated person) receive the product.

1.3. To use your right of return, you must:

  • clearly inform us within the 14-day period that you wish to return the product (e.g. by e-mail to helpmyeuroway@gmail.com), and

  • send the product back to the address indicated in our return instructions without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after informing us about the return.


2. Condition of returned items – “nothing can be missing”

2.1. To be accepted for a full refund, the returned product must be:

  • complete – with no missing parts, accessories, documentation, labels, free gifts or packaging originally included;

  • in original condition, not used beyond what is necessary to check size, fit, or functionality;

  • clean and undamaged;

  • returned with all original tags attached (if applicable);

  • packed securely in protective packaging (branded boxes or dust bags must be placed inside the shipping carton).

2.2. If anything is missing or the product shows signs of use beyond simple inspection:

  • we may reduce the refund based on the loss of value, or

  • we may refuse the refund entirely and return the item to you (if the loss of value is substantial).

2.3. Please handle products gently when trying them on:

  • Shoes: try on indoors and on a soft surface.

  • Clothing: avoid contact with makeup, perfumes, deodorants.

  • Items with hygiene seals: do not remove the seal unless you intend to keep the product.


3. Items that cannot be returned

Products not eligible for return include:

  • personalised or custom-made items;

  • sealed items not suitable for return for hygiene reasons if the seal was broken.

If applicable, this will be specified on the product page.


4. How to return a product – step by step

4.1. Notify us
Send a clear statement to helpmyeuroway@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the product.
Include: order number, name, and product(s) you want to return.

4.2. Wait for return instructions
We will provide the return address and instructions.

4.3. Pack the product properly
Include all original items, packaging, documentation, and accessories.
Keep a proof of shipment and tracking number.

4.4. Send the parcel
Ship the parcel no later than 14 days after notifying us of your intention to return.


5. Return shipping costs

Unless otherwise stated:

  • you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and

  • return shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the wrong or defective item was delivered, return shipping costs may be handled differently under our complaint process.


6. Refunds – when and how

6.1. Refunds are issued only after:

  1. we receive the returned product, and

  2. we inspect it and confirm that the item is complete, undamaged, and meets this policy.

6.2. If accepted, we will refund:

  • the price of the product, and

  • standard delivery cost from the original order (if required by law).

6.3. If the product is incomplete, damaged, or used more than allowed:

  • we may deduct an amount reflecting the decrease in value, or

  • refuse the refund entirely.

6.4. Refunds use the same payment method as the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

6.5. Return processing and inspection may take several business days.
Refund appearance on your account depends on your bank/payment provider.


7. Damaged, incorrect, or defective products

7.1. If your product is damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us immediately at helpmyeuroway@gmail.com with photos and order details.

7.2. We will handle the case according to applicable consumer protection laws. Depending on the situation, you may qualify for repair, replacement, reduction of price, or refund.
