FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

1. What products do you sell?

We offer a curated selection of clothing and apparel. All items are new, checked for quality, and shipped securely.


2. Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You can complete your purchase as a guest.
However, creating an account makes it easier to track your orders and access your order history.


3. When will my order be shipped?

We ship your order only after we receive and confirm your payment.
Once payment is received, your package will be prepared and dispatched as soon as possible.


4. How long is the delivery time?

Delivery times depend on the destination and courier.
Estimated delivery time is shown during checkout and in your confirmation email.


5. Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to all countries within the European Union.
For destinations outside the EU, please contact us before placing an order.


6. How do I return a product?

You have 14 days from the day after receiving your order to return items.
To start a return:

  1. Email us at helpmyeuroway@gmail.com

  2. Wait for return instructions

  3. Send the item back within 14 days from notifying us

Returns must be complete (nothing missing) and in original, unused condition with all tags attached.


7. When will I receive my refund?

We issue refunds only after:

  1. We receive the returned item, and

  2. We inspect and confirm that it meets our return conditions.

Refund will then be processed to your original payment method.


8. What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us immediately at helpmyeuroway@gmail.com with:

  • your order number,

  • photos of the product and packaging,

  • a short description of the issue.

We will review the case and help you as quickly as possible.


9. Can I change or cancel my order?

You can request a change or cancellation before the order is shipped.
Once a package has been dispatched, it cannot be changed.


10. Are your products authentic?

Yes. All clothing offered on euroway.pl comes from verified suppliers and is checked for quality and compliance.


11. My tracking number isn’t working. What should I do?

Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to become active.
If it still doesn’t work after that time, contact us and we will check with the carrier.
